Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s mission is to help people with cystic fibrosis by finding a cure or control for the disease, supporting high quality care and promoting public awareness. We accomplish this by funding innovative research and working to improve access to effective therapies and the multi-disciplinary CF clinic teams.
Through Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s efforts, people with cystic fibrosis are living longer than ever before, yet more needs to be done to help extend the lives of those with the disease.

Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s District CF Advocate (DCA) position is a volunteer role that takes only a few hours each year, but can have a significant impact on the way CF issues are addressed in Canada at the provincial and municipal levels.
