We are excited to announce the 19th Annual GearUp4CF ride on June 15, 2024! This event gathers cyclists and the CF community so that together we can raise awareness and essential funds for Cystic Fibrosis Canada. Against the backdrop of scenic routes, cyclists will ride 100km with determination, embodying the spirit of solidarity and commitment to the CF cause. This event's focus on cycling not only promotes physical activity and healthy living but also symbolizes the collective effort to propel advancements in CF treatment and care.

Half ride (~50km): Start @ South Abbotsford Church and end at Crescent Park.
